May Perth Lockdown Update: Déjà Vu?

It would be remiss not to acknowledge the most recent lockdown and its effect on Perth business, much like ours. Although short, the ramifications are long reaching. For Everyone who did the right thing, thank you. The safety of our community is always our top priority. However it’s not all bad news, due to the lockdown we were left with excess stock, and what better way to give back to our brave community then through SecondBite. InSeason has been a proud supporter of SecondBite for a very long time. We contribute weekly donations of excess produce to volunteer food canteens that feed struggling families and communities. It just so happens that due to lockdown, our weekly contribution was very sizeable. Despite the inconvenience of a lockdown, we are ecstatic that families will be benefiting from our produce, and that something good can come from a situation like this. We encourage everyone to look into SecondBite and the work the organisation does to benefit our community.

InSeason would like to wish a happy Mother’s Day to all the beautiful mothers out there for yesterday.  We hope everyone had a safe and enjoyable weekend with their families. All mothers deserve the best, and that includes the best fruit and vegetables.
