Introducing Paul Zammit

InSeason Produce are proud to announce that Paul Zammit has joined our team, as a Sales Manager. Paul has taken a slightly different angle on his career, but he still shares the same passion, morals and enthusiasm towards fantastic seasonal produce. He works very closely with growers, chefs and business owners looking for good old-fashioned service.

Paul is a gold medal winning Head Chef and former owner of the very popular Neighbourhood restaurant, Lady of Ro in Subiaco. He also owned A Fish Called Inglewood, Mosman Parks’ Twisted Fork and was the director of Mosman’s Restaurant. Paul’s reputation has taken him to cook in Turkey, the United Kingdom and Singapore. In early days, Paul worked in businesses like Macleay St Bistro and The Bathers Pavillion, still very successful 30 years later.

He is the Author to cookbooks “Buy West, Eat Best”, “Du Jour”, Telethons’ “TV Dinners” and has contributed to many food magazines. He is currently working on a cookbook called “Tricks of the trade”

Paul is also very much a family man, with his wife, kids and his mother, all very close by his side. Paul believes work-life balance is essential to good health and enjoys bush walking, camping and bonding trips with the family.

Hard work, loyalty and honesty are values Paul strongly believes in and offers hid customers. Paul is passionate about helping businesses achieve the freshest premium produce, whilst getting great service at a competitive price.
